About Breathwork Infinity®

Before the method, there is More than 10 years accompaniment human.

We are Sandrine Duglio and Sandy Salier. Breathwork Infinity® didn’t come from a trend, but from thousands of hours spent accompanying people, observing their reactions, refining our posture, and seeking to create an experience that is both profound, structured, and comprehensible.

Our expertise lies at the intersection of Breathwork, breath neurophysiology, the nervous system, emotional support, states of consciousness, and the design of immersive sound experiences.

Our history

A method born of land.

Before training facilitators, we supported them. A lot. Individually, in groups, in training rooms, at events, conferences, and immersive experiences.

We have learned to recognize what is happening when a breath quickens, an emotion rises, the mind resists, or a participant cuts off their sensations or, on the contrary, lets themselves be overwhelmed. This field experience is at the heart of our teaching style.

We succeeded, learned, and doubted, too. That is precisely why we wanted to create clear benchmarks: understand what we are observing, know how to adjust the intensity, and never confuse a spectacular experience with quality support.

«Technique matters. But what really makes the difference is the ability to observe a person, understand what is happening, and know how to support them in that exact moment.»
Our expertise

Accompanying does not consist of to make someone breathe.

Breathing is a tool. Expertise lies in everything that allows us to know when to use it, how to dose it, what we observe, and how to remain available to the person.

Human support

Years of experience with real people, with stories, resistances and different reactions. We teach the facilitators to break out of the automatic protocol in order to truly be present to what is happening.

Nervous system & neurosciences

We link the practice to concrete mechanisms: breathing, CO₂, the autonomic nervous system, attention, interoception, and states of consciousness. Understanding allows us to accompany the practice with greater discernment.

Mastery of Breathwork

Rapid breathing does not have the same objective as slow breathing or a circular breathing pattern. We teach people to choose and modulate breathing according to the context rather than to reproduce a recipe.

Observation & adjustment

Breathing, tone, agitation, withdrawal, emotional expression: a competent facilitator constantly observes and knows how to reduce, maintain, or increase the intensity without imposing an experience.

5D audio design

We have developed the signature sound of Breathwork Infinity® to structure the journey, support attention, and free the facilitator from some of the technical burden so that he or she can remain available to the group.

Framework & security

Contraindications, pre-talk, consent, intensity, returning to calm, and integration are all part of the session. For us, competence is also measured by the ability to not go too far.

High-level support expertise

What ten years of fieldwork have taught us They really change.

With experience, we stop trying to provoke anything. We learn to read more carefully, to intervene less but better, to recognize the moments when it’s necessary to support, slow down, rephrase, or simply leave some space.

It is this finesse that we transmit. Breathwork Infinity® does not just teach a breathing technique: the method forms a accompaniment posture.

Reading rather than projectingObserving what the person actually shows, without deciding for them what they should live.
Dosing rather than intensifyingKnowing that more intensity does not always mean a better session.
Understanding rather than interpretingRelying on physiology, the nervous system, and observation before drawing conclusions.
Keeping a frameworkStaying stable, available, and precise, including when a group goes through very different experiences.
The founders

Two expert opinions that complement each other
at the service of a Even more demanding.

Breathwork Infinity® is built on two pillars: one brings a long therapeutic experience and an understanding of human mechanisms; the other is great finesse in group management, posture, the construction of protocols, and sound experience.

Our philosophy

No miracle to promise.
A space to be kept.

We know what the breath can produce: sometimes a lot, sometimes little, sometimes something completely different from what we imagined.

Our job is not to promise a reaction. It is to build the most just conditions so that the person can breathe, feel, and go through their experience in a structured framework.

This is also the reason why we place such emphasis on the training of facilitators: Good audio will never replace a competent human presence.

«We saw what the breath can change in just a few minutes. But we especially learned that the quality of a session depends less on what the facilitator wants to achieve than on their ability to listen, observe, and support what is really there.»
