Contraindications
You learn how to identify contraindications — including cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, dissociative disorders and certain medical treatments — and when to adapt, postpone or decline a session.

Traditional Breathwork training focuses primarily on breathing techniques, facilitation skills, and guiding participants through a session. Breathwork Infinity® goes further by integrating immersive 5D audio, binaural and isochronic frequencies, soundscapes, and customizable audio protocols using your own voice. The training also covers the nervous system, NLP, hypnosis, energy-based practices, safety, and complete session design.
No, unless you want to. You’ll have access to a library of more than 35 ready-to-use 5D audio tracks and pre-structured protocols, so you can start facilitating without creating everything from scratch. You’ll also learn how to customize these resources with your own voice and gradually create your own sessions from start to finish.
Yes. The first protocols and audio tracks are available from the very beginning, so you can start experiencing the method and practicing immediately. As you progress through the modules, you gradually develop the skills needed to facilitate sessions safely and confidently, supported by your individual mentoring sessions.
No. No professional background is required. The training is designed for complete beginners as well as experienced professionals — coaches, therapists, yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, people changing careers, and already-trained facilitators.
The training includes approximately 120 hours across 8 modules. It covers the foundations of Breathwork, more than 20 breathing techniques, breath physiology, the autonomic nervous system, altered states of consciousness, safety and contraindications, NLP, hypnosis, energy-based practices, session design, and the fundamentals of developing your activity.
The audio library is organized by theme, duration, audience, and type of guidance. It includes ready-to-use guided sessions as well as customizable audio tracks designed for you to add your own voice and create sessions that reflect your own style.
Yes. The training includes 6 hours of individual mentoring, divided into three 2-hour sessions with Sandrine and Sandy. These sessions give you the opportunity to ask questions, refine your facilitation skills, work through real situations, and review your progress.
It allows you to expand your existing practice with immersive 5D sound, customizable professional audio, and an integrative approach combining Breathwork, the nervous system, NLP, hypnosis, and energy-based practices. You won’t be starting from scratch — you’ll be adding new tools, new session formats, and a new way of structuring and delivering your sessions.
Yes. The training starts with the fundamentals and takes you step by step through to designing and facilitating complete sessions. Ready-to-use scripts, audio resources, practical exercises, and individual mentoring allow you to progress at your own pace, even if you are starting from scratch.
No. The Breathwork Infinity® certificate is a private training certificate issued by our organization after completion of the training and validation of the required skills. It is not registered with France’s National Register of Professional Certifications (RNCP).
The equipment pack includes 10 wireless stereo HD headphones, a headset microphone, a long-range FM transmitter, chargers, and a professional carrying case.
The training is €2,990 incl. VAT when paid in full. You can also choose a split payment of €3,189 incl. VAT (3 × €1,063 or 4 × €797.25), or our extended payment plan at €3,480 incl. VAT (€1,490 followed by 10 monthly payments of €199).
